Artichoke Dip

Game Day Spinach Artichoke Dip

Don’t fumble the snacks this year. Make this stunner of a dip and you won’t even care who wins the game.

Ingredients

 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 large shallot, finely diced 
 1 jar House Party Cheesy Sauce, Mild Cheddar Flavor
 3 garlic cloves, minced 
 4 cups baby spinach 
 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 
 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Cooking Time!

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Heat oil in a medium oven-proof skillet over medium high heat. Add the shallot and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 3 seconds. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts and cook for 4–5 minutes until the spinach is wilted. Turn off the heat and stir in the House Party Cheesy Dip.

  • Combine the breadcrumbs and optional dairy-free parmesan* and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 5–8 minutes or until hot. Do not over-bake.
